From 29 September to 1 October, K-Mile Air had the pleasure of welcoming the Boeing team for a collaborative three-day visit. During this time, Boeing introduced the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) approach through an engaging workshop attended by K-Mile’s management team, training staff, and flight crew instructors.
The workshop provided valuable insights into modern training methodologies that focus on developing and accessing real-world operational competencies.
In addition to the training, both teams worked closely to outline K-Mile Air’s CBTA deployment timeline and define key milestones for successful implementation. This collaboration marks an important step toward enhancing flight crew performance and ensuring alignment with global aviation training standards.
